Hazel Cookes wants you to have peace of mind.  We will concentrate on your cake so you can concentrate on your big day.  Hazel Cookes will undertake the following ...

1) At the time of booking we will ensure your event is placed in our company diary.  We will request swatches of materials to help match your required colours

​

2) Start working on the finer details of your cake, whether it is characters or the intricate flower sprays.

​

3) We will source ribbons, decorations and any unusual items needed for your cake.

​

4) With 3 months to go we will bake your fruit cake and feed it alcohol to help the maturing process and develop the flavour

​

5) With 1-2 months to go we will confirm with you the delivery details, the time, the venue, access to the venue.

​

6) 30 days to 2 day to your event we will be completing your cake.

​

7) 1 day to your event Hazel Cookes will have finished your cake!
